LICENSE — DIANE AW 2027 Concept Collection Pack
1. Basis. This License forms part of the Public Offer https://telegra.ph/Publichnaya-oferta--MoodPack-10-23. By paying for the Pack, you accept the Offer and this License. The license fee is included in the price.
2. Contents; AI notice. A PDF lookbook with 10 apparel concept sheets, PNG files and prompts. The images were generated with AI tools under the Licensor's creative direction. Rights are granted only to the extent the Licensor holds them: in the selection and arrangement of materials, texts, prompts and design.
3. Scope. Non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, for the full term of the rights.
4. You may use the materials for inspiration, mood boards and study; show your own works created on the basis of the Pack in your portfolio, without publishing the Pack files or images; and adapt the concepts into your own products (sketches, patterns, garments), including for sale, without crediting or involving the Licensor.
5. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the Pack files (PDF, PNG, prompts), in whole or in part, even for free; use the Pack images as product photos, in listings or advertising, or present them as your own; register them, or products reproducing them, as a trademark or industrial design; or use the files to train AI.
6. No uniqueness warranty. The Pack is sold to multiple buyers. AI-generated images may resemble third-party works, brands or products; the Licensor does not warrant uniqueness or non-resemblance. You are responsible for ensuring your products do not infringe third-party rights.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor's liability is capped at the price of the Pack. Statutory consumer rights are not affected. Any breach of Section 5 terminates this License.
8. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy https://telegra.ph/Pravila-vozvrata--MoodPack-10-23.
9. Governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. If the Russian and English versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
